HELLO TRUCK LEASE TIRE GIVEAWAY: SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

Sponsor

The sponsor of the Hello Truck Lease Tire Giveaway Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is Hello Truck Lease, Inc. ("HTL" or "Sponsor"), located at 5511 Virginia Way, Suite 400, Brentwood, TN, 37027.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on August 28, 2026, and ends at 9:00 PM ET on October 6, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor is the official timekeeper of the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter.

To enter, eligible participants must submit an RSVP to attend the Hello Truck Lease "High Tide Social" contractor community event, to be held on October 6, 2026, in Orlando, Florida (the "Event"), through the official RSVP form at hellotrucklease.com/rsvp during the Entry Period. Each eligible individual who submits one (1) properly completed RSVP will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Bonus Entry: Each eligible individual who submits a properly completed RSVP on or before 11:59 PM ET on September 15, 2026 will receive one (1) additional bonus entry, for a total of two (2) entries.

Limit: one (1) standard entry and, if applicable, one (1) bonus entry per person, regardless of the number of RSVPs submitted by or on behalf of that person. Sponsor reserves the right to consolidate, disregard, or void any duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent RSVPs submitted by or attributable to the same individual, household, email address, or company.

RSVPing to attend the Event is free and does not require attendance at the Event, purchase of any product or service, or entry into any lease or other agreement with Sponsor, in order to receive an entry.

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Automated, robotic, mechanical, or bulk entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

The winner must be present at the Event at the time of the drawing in order to claim the Prize. If the selected winner is not present at the time of the drawing, an alternate winner will be immediately and randomly redrawn from among the eligible entries present at the Event, and this process will repeat until a present, eligible winner is confirmed. If no eligible entrant present at the Event is confirmed as the winner, Sponsor will select the winner by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, without regard to presence at the Event, within five (5) business days following the Event, and will notify that winner using the email address and telephone number provided at entry.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry, who are current or prospective FedEx Pickup & Delivery (P&D) contractors. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members, regardless of relationship, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

No Affiliation with FedEx

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, FedEx Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. References to FedEx and to FedEx Pickup & Delivery (P&D) contracts are used solely to describe entrant eligibility and for purposes of identification. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Prize and Odds

One (1) winner will receive a set of four (4) commercial vehicle tires (the "Prize"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize is $1,400. Total ARV of all prizes offered: $1,400.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The Prize pictured in advertising or promotional materials is for illustrative purposes only. The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, and installation, mounting, balancing, disposal fees, taxes, or any other costs or expenses not specifically identified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. See "Tax Responsibility" below.

The Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at Sponsor's sole discretion if the Prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Limit one (1) prize per household.

Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to the Prize.

Random Drawing and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or about October 6, 2026, at approximately 9:00 PM ET. The potential winner must be on site and present at the Event to qualify, subject to the alternate selection provisions in the "How to Enter" section above. In the event a potential winner chooses not to accept the Prize, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, cannot be notified, or does not respond by the deadline set by Sponsor, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries, without regard to presence at the Event.

Tax Responsibility

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from receipt of the Prize. As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 to Sponsor before the Prize is released. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the value of the Prize as required by law. Failure to provide a completed Form W-9 within seven (7) calendar days of Sponsor's request will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner as provided in the "Random Drawing and Notification" section above.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, company name, city and state, statements regarding the Prize, and likeness — including photographs and video recorded at the Event — for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any medium, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is collected by Sponsor and handled in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, available at https://www.hellotrucklease.com/privacy-policy-us. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor may use the information provided to administer the Sweepstakes and the Event and, where the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications, to send information about Sponsor's products and services. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any such communication or by emailing Info@hellotrucklease.com.

General Conditions

By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any injury, loss, or damage to person, including death, personal injury, or loss or damage to property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize, participation in any promotion-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, these rules, administration of the Sweepstakes, or the announcement of the winner. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes, or the integrity or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment/internet/connectivity failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court of competent jurisdiction (each, a "Force Majeure" event), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes and award the Prize from among all eligible entries received up to that date.

Sponsor is not responsible for, and may disqualify, entries that are misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, stolen, late, or lost, or for interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties. No automated, robotic, mechanical entries or reproductions will be accepted. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry-duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, or a dispute or potential dispute regarding an entry or any third-party rights, or if Sponsor has reasonable grounds for suspecting any breach or abuse of these Official Rules by any person involved in an entry, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Governing Law

All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee, for any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes.
